The Clayton Vesta Minerva Collective. One organisation. Two businesses built on shared values. A belief that when people are seen, supported and safe at work, and in the life they are building, something better becomes possible.
Deborah Clayton-Baker
Founder, The Clayton Vesta Minerva Collective
I built this because someone needed to. I believe in people. All of it follows from that.
The work I do now is the work I needed and could not find; for the organisations and the people inside them, and for the women who are ready to rediscover themselves.
Thriving Humans is the professional practice. Finding Your Thing is the community. Both are built on the same belief. Both matter.
Courage - Clayton - the human anchor
Warmth - Vesta - the hearth and sanctuary
Wisdom - Minerva - Strategy and Craft
Thriving Humans
Thriving Humans - Grounded in Clarity and Culture.
The professional practice. It works in two ways, with organisations, and with individuals.
Organisational work — Psychosocial safety and organisational effectiveness. For workplaces that want to be places people can do their best work.
Strategic support for individuals — Considered, sustained work with people navigating challenges in their workplace. Not coaching. Not therapy. Something between the two.
Finding Your Thing
Where women gather, and great things happen.
A community for women ready for what comes next. It works in two ways, through activities, and through programmes.
Activities — Physical and creative activities, events, gatherings. Different ways to be in the company of other women.
Programmes — Considered, structured work for the women who want to live their lives in a way that feels true to themselves. This is not about looking back at who you were. It is about clarity on who you want to be.
Building the fire for others to gather around.
